The Fallen Rocks sign indicates to drivers that they are approaching an area which is susceptible to falling rock or landslides, and that fallen rock or debris may be present on the road.

The sign should be installed at a distance of 100m to 250m in advance of such areas and the installation should be repeated as often as necessary.
