Construction Signs

Temporary conditions signs and devices are used to regulate, warn and guide drivers in work zones where construction, maintenance or utility activities, or other temporary and unusual conditions are on or adjacent to the road.

As with Warning Signs, temporary conditions sign fall into the follow categories:

WD-A: Physical conditions signs indicate features or conditions of the road itself
WD-B: Traffic regulations ahead signs provide an advance warning of a traffic regulation on a road.
WD-C: Intermittent or moving hazards signs indicate the possibility of a situation that may require a driver response.
