The Wrong Way sign may only be used only as a supplementary sign with the Do Not Enter sign
(RB-23), to advise motorists that they are traveling the wrong way against the flow of traffic.

The sign should be conspicuously placed beyond the point of illegal entry. The sign is normally used on interchange exit ramps.
