The Reverse Curve sign indicates that there are two curves in opposite directions, as defined in the warrants for curve signs, which are separated by a tangent of less than 120m.

If the first turn is to the right, a right Reverse Curve sign is used. If the first turn is to the left, a left Reverse Curve sign is used. The Advisory Speed tab (WD-A7) is used only where required.
