The Single Curve sign indicates that there is a single curve in the road ahead. The sign should be used when required. The Advisory Speed tab sign
(WD-A7) is used only where required. When the speed at which a curve may be safely driven falls below two-thirds of the design speed or the speed limit, whichever is greater, the Turn sign must be used. Additional protection may be provided by the installation of Delineation Markers or Chevron Alignment signs (WD-A9). The right or left version of the sign is used as appropriate.
